Terms and Conditions

1.⁠ ⁠Booking and Payment

All appointments must be booked in advance.
Bookings will only be confirmed once full payment has been made.
Payments are non-refundable but may be transferred to a rescheduled session if proper notice is given (see Cancellation Policy).

2.⁠ ⁠Cancellation and Rescheduling

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.
Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) or no-shows will result in the full session fee being forfeited.
Rescheduling is allowed with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability.

3.⁠ ⁠Punctuality

Please arrive on time for your session. Late arrivals will result in a shortened session without a refund.
If you are more than 15 minutes late, your session may be canceled without a refund.

4.⁠ ⁠Health and Safety

SCIO sessions are not a replacement for medical treatment. They are intended to support overall well-being.

5.⁠ ⁠Confidentiality

All client information and session details are kept strictly confidential.
No personal data will be shared with third parties without explicit consent.

6.⁠ ⁠Code of Conduct

Respectful and professional behavior is expected at all times.
Any inappropriate behavior may result in immediate termination of the session without a refund.

7.⁠ ⁠Liability Disclaimer

The practitioner is not responsible for any adverse reactions or outcomes resulting from the session.
Clients assume full responsibility for their own health and well-being.

8.⁠ ⁠Changes to Terms

The practitioner reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.

By booking a session, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
